Would be possible someone help me to change km in toyota hilux 2017, eeprom 93c66

I tried to understand the logic by comparing from other users but without any guide will be very difficult

Original km 133541
New km 33500

Yes it is that simple, but the 17 following complement Words have to match.

even number 00 00, odd number ff ff

Hi how did you read this 93c66 micro nano chip for hilux 2017
Is it possible to read with out remove?
Please advice because I was changed the milage with out removed the ic, now mileage is moving but when off the ignition and ON Its coming back the same mileage that I programmed
Kindly advise me
