I think it's a 100% ceramic hybrid, do it like this: Pin 19 of the processor (clock bus) short through the resistor from 180 to 470 ohm to ground and turn on the radio, then open.
The radio will start without a code.
Press M + VF and when "CodE" appears, insert the new code you just invented

oh - that was a great tip :peaceful: - used a 300 ohm resistor - and after 3 tries i could enter the new code - very nice !!

Thanks a lot for the good advice. Not the first time, but it turned out to enter the code. R=240 ohm.
