I need help how to enter code in my radio to unlock it please ?

Hello,

I replace my Nissan radio made by clarion model: "PN-2598F" with a same product I buy in a car breakers.

It is the same radio, but my car "Nissan Primera P12 diesel, Year 2004" show a message when I turn the key :"please wait" but in french "veuillez patienter". and after I have an other message "SUR"
the two message are highlight in yellow .

My radio doesn't work.....

I think I need a code but I don't know how I can enter it !?

Can someone have an idea please ?
