Opel DVD800 update to custom theme

Hi. Want to update my DVD800 to custom theme. Downloaded custom theme file, burned to cd , inserted to car. Car say : Software update . Clicked Start, then ->New software, to install the software the map data in flash will be erased. Okay, i clicked INSTALL. After that loading screens appeared, and after few seconds "update failed" , system is restarting. I have tried 4 disks with different themes, result is same. Maybe someone can help and point me what is bad here ?
