Golf mk4 1.9 tdi trying my own custom map ,review , criticism welcome

Hello guys , so this is my first time remapping a diesel vehicle .I have attached the original and the stage 1 map I created .Can a experienced tuner please check if the map i created is good ? Please guide if it's wrong, I'm still new at this.I used ECM titanium to edit the map .(I know everyone suggests Winols but I've found it very difficult to find the maps in Winols.)

All maps add 10%.. is not all in percent...and doesn't mean if you add 10, 20 or 30% everywhere, that a remap for that much % has been done. what u think, what hapend with car, turbo when u added 30% on all maps? read this rar, maybe help u..

The Pdf provided was very informative .So i re edited the file and disabled the EGR , please take a look once again .Do let me know if this map is better ,I'm still learning .Also would I need to blank the EGR now since i disabled the EGR on the map ?
