Need Rev Limiter Opel Astra Z19DTH EDC16C9

i´m looking for a possibility to get a rev limiter in my car about 4000RPM.
Car is a Opel Astra 1.9 CDTI Z19DTH with a EDC16C9.


Can anyone tell me how to do this or get me an map Adress for a single value rev limiter?

Check 5400 value before torque limiter map, it will be single value limiter, without PC forxthe momen can't check exact adresse
