INFO ABOUT ASTRA J WITH DELCO E87

hello dk, what tool (excluding io terminal) can read the mpc6xx of a delco e87 equipped to astra j? even doing swap e2p the car does not start. carprog cannot read and reset the ecu, otherwise making it a virgin and I would have coded with ids. I have an second ecu same numbers, but old ecu is broken,maybe with the bdm connection it is readable anyway, or else make the second ecu virgin

What year is the car? Normally Flex can do it even new seedkey's
