Avensis 2.0 d4d 85kW read/write ecu

Hello, have here two cars Toyota Avensis with same ecu 89661-5690. One ecu have calibration file 89663-5340 and two have 5343. Ecu not have "bdm" port for ktag. Cant find pinout for reading with ktag. If check kess v2 online with toyota kline cable so have "wake up error" in kess not have this engine type.. 1cd-ftv. I contact bitbox support and bitbox wont support kline ecu. If write Oleg from pcm flash so pcmflash wont support reading and support only writing this ecu. Please can you help me with this cars? Photo ecu and pcb. Here is also pinout toyota cable for kline. Please check me this if is ok. Have tactrix also openport 2.0 cable. Is solution for update ecu with newest software? How to? Thank you

On cpu is "D" as Denso and also 76F0... i have now CUW file with firmware 5346 for this ecu. Downloaded from Toyota tech website according to VIN from cars. I check both of them VIN from cars and have same file. When i do update ecu to latest version can then make this ecu with kess? In database VR files is version 89663-5346.

Hello, problem is complete solved. Sorry for double post. Here is solution for old denso kline ecu in toyota.
I move tactrix openport 2.0 and update ecu with TIS to latest version. File for update is downloadet from official Toyota website. Need only make free account and VIN for car and also need ID bulletin from Toyota. If is update with CUW ok.. so we can flashing ecu with pcm flash with module35. Need also ori BIN file for remap. This have from Oleg from PCMflash or from 16pin.ru if have kess from you. After if have remap can write file via obd with pcmflash with module 35. This tool work perfect and stable and calculate CS.

Kess V2 with this ecu not work me. Stay have wake up error. Tested with kline Toyota cable.

Is it possible to read and write maps with K-tag or Kess?
I have read that it's only possible to write maps, not read. Is that true?

Yes, your ecu work only write.. wont read. I write thus ecu type with pcm flash with module 35 and work perfect. You must only update thus to latest firmware with techstream. See my solution. You have only different software version. If you will use kess, so need kline toyota/lotus cable as is writed in my posts and need access to online database for kess or need fe for this database.

Hello everyone. I have the same ecu. Hw:175822-632* Toyota 89661-05690 MB 175800-6324. Does anyone have a pinout for this ecu? So to read this ecu. Since there is a 76F0004GD processor here, it should go to read it. The question is why there is no classic Jtag connector in this ecu. I am asking for tips. Best regards

Hi. What are you going to do? You can get the Ori file from the Toyota website. How do you ori PcmFlash, not a Chinese fake and you upload after Obd and the problem is solved. You can't read this ecu. I do not suggest uploading counterfeit tools. Because if it uploads badly or does not count the checksum, you can throw the ecu out and buy an expensive one. Best regards
