Audi A4 B8 2007

Hi guys I have changed the Audi symphony head unit to an Audi Concert the old one was completely broken the screen come on and everything works but I was unable to turn the volume up it stuck in the mute

Thanks Robert for replying yeah ended that's the issue.
Just for those who are going to face this issue for the first time like me
1- The radio is in protection mode "CP" the process will require an Abrites tool and old unite should be still accessible to copy some security stuff to the new one
2- choose dealer way that require an online account and ODIS software to deactivate the component protection on the unite even if the old unite is completely dead
I think swapping the eeprom will solve this issue but I can't confirm that since I have not find anyone done this before during my researches please confirm if that working
