Any help with cat factory password overrides/ cracks

I was trying to change some simple parameters for a customer the other day in cat e.t . 2019b and I was prompted for a customer password that neither me or customer knew because he had just bought the truck used. Any help with this is greatly appreciated! I was just thinking their may be some MASTER OR FACTORY password that could work.

Which factory password do you need? 10 digit or 18digit.
