Car was under water , and some Guys in one garege change ECU , EPB, BCM e.t.c
I just need one good file to mod / edit my dump ?

I stay away from flooded cars. It's a never ending story.

By the way if ECU has been changed have you checked what is the VIN registered in the ECU now?

I have try to swap dumps , still got Dtc 0003
maybe it need to swap atemega 16
