Orange 5 programmer prpblems

have had my Orange5 programmer last 5 years and was working great until recently, it started haveing problems readins simple 93c46 chips, ive replaed the 74hc140 chips that cancause problems but still some failure , ill attasch photo of test results and maybe someone has seen this problem in the past ????

when i do hardware test this is result -
USB TX speed 297872
USB RX speed 321254
Vcc USB 4.81 V (98 percent)
UART :OK
Vpp control error 6

Clon price is low! If you tool is clon,don't rise time for this and bay next good one that's all.
