KTM Bench software problem

Hi,

I purchased a KTM Bench programmer and there is two family: 53 and 71.
My tool seems to be OK with 53 Tricore bootloader even GPT password read is working on BMW EDC17CP45
but the Family 71 EGPT is not. There is no ID or anything.

Have you dear friends some idea how to wake it alive?
software version 1.1.99-2
The interface works with Scanmatic software and Techstream as well.

Hi,
it looks I found the problem.
There are two GPT signals. 10kHz and 16kHz.
In my tool there is only the 10kHz the other is missing.
