yes its z16xep astra G not h
with delco ecu its not the same like astra H

I know.dtc 1405. Need to clean the egr valve. If it remained blocked to open position, no egr off will solve the problem. Tell me, the car starts only with accelerator pedal pressed and the car dies on idle, into no gear position, right?. Better you clean the egr valve and go on without software egr off. My advice...

with disconnected plug from egr car working filne but with egr plug on car have problem with ignition loss

Looks like ecu has broken allinium wires inside
