Hello,

I need to solve a problem with a 2005 Fiat Palio Adventure and i need help from some Fiat Gurus here...
The car cranks but doesn't start.
Reading the OBD Codes, i get a IMMO / KEY error, but i don't get any dash ligh for immo (light works, and it goes off like normal).
I want to try IMMO OFF to see if its anything related to the IMMO, but i cant find the procedure for this car.
The ECU is a IAW 4AFB.TM1, and the IMMO Box, it together with the Fuse Box inside the car (501861320012)
This is a Brazilian model.

Can anyone help me with the procedure to IMMO OFF this car?
I know i need to read the ECU eeprom, but after that, do i need to disconnect anything from the BSI?
I know that there are model that we do IMMO OFF to the ECU Eeprom, and then disconnect the IMMO BOX, but i dont see any IMMO box in the car, so i assume that its inside the BSI...

If anyone can help me out i would appreciate...

Thanks

4af eeprom immo off will not work in this car
your eeprom off for different cars..
you need eeprom and mcu flash off for this car,but that solution not good because car will work without immo and bad performance
best way add key and see in your adventure

thanks for the tip.
i will try to add key like you suggest and see if it works...
in the meantime i will try to review the PBCs soldering with the connectors because it seems that some might be "a bit damage", and will try again...

hello again,

i want to know if you can help me out.
i tried to read the BCM box with FVDI2018, and although it shows that it can read, by the time its starting to read, the car seems to "cut power (electricity)" and it cannot read...
This BCM has the Motorola MC 9S12DG256B.
I need to read this MCU / Eeprom so that i can read pin and prepare the transponder for programming.
I wanted to do this on bench, but i need the wiring for this. Can you help?
Can i read this MCU directly in PCB?
Thanks

hello there...
i need to ask you if can help me out with the immo off for this car / ecu so that i can test if car starts.
I already made several tests and programmed new keys on it and still not spark.
doing actuator tests in the car, i get spark, fuel pump works, injector relays work, but the car for some reason doesn't give spark when we try to fire it up...
I´m using MultiECUscan (registered version) and there is a "message" that its cracking my head up, and i want to try and do the IMMO Off to see if this could be the reason or not...
In this attached picture, you will see a section that says "Universal Code", and for my understanding we should get as a result, the message "Disable" considering that we should have the keys programmed...
I made all the tests i can think of and already tried to reset the ECU with FVDI, but for some reason it can read the Epprom 95160 of this ECU. (but a similar ECU IAW 4AFB.TM can read without problem).
In MultiECUscan i made the reset procedure 1 or 2 times, but still same result...

I´m also adding the bins from my readings to see if you can help me out with the Immo Off...
If not, thanks anyway...
Thanks
