It looks like the problem is with your calculator, it doesn't work perfectly with ford M. series mate.
I used two different calculators to generate the code and the result was: 5654.
Also the ford generator gave: 5654.

What's important is that your problem is solved.
But regardless of which ford you ask for the code , all will give you the same code.
But, button line, I glad you were able to solve your problem.
