Hi Guys.
I have interesting kessy failure in Passat B7 2013. Car starts only when you put key into ignition slot. Keyless etry function is working good.
ELV is working ok. Ignition on/of from start stop button without immo foult in ECU. Only when trying to start foult appears. No voltage drop. Changed battery.
No foults in immobilizer only "engine start blocked by immobilizer in ECU" and in steering module "kl 15 - open/short to gnd".
In immo MVB on keyless ign ON:
1. ECU start permitted: NO
2. ECU responds: YES
3, Key status: YES and it changes to NO randomly
4. Variable Code NO
5. Fixed code NO
When inserting key into slot all values change to YES. I know that to start from keyless values 1,2,4 must be YES. I've relearn keys. On 2 keys the same situation.
Changed to other CCM ufortunetly I had only from 3C model but nothing . It seems like CCM doesnt see key properly..
Any suggestions are welcome..
