vw golf 2010 with supervag lost key

hi
I removed dash read with supervag ,remove pogo etc ,tells me sl 7 unlocked, eprom size , 3 transponders , pin code , then operation finished ok , turn gin off/on dash reset, operation is not complete with success ,and doesn't save file.
anyway to save file manually
