any idea to calculate the working hours on it?

definetly hard to tell. depends on the usage?? it's like to estimate the millage of a 5 years old car... could be 10.000km could be also 200.000km..... depends on the usage!

As a rule you could recon 500h per year at moderate usage

I think eeprom is 24c02 or 93c56

well post them, but only if the hours are with them, it will be easy to work out
