please, need help with a peugeot 406 dump. if possibles with the VIN coded.

radio model- PU-1633A
eeprom- 93c46
VIN- VF38BRHZE81230893

I read the eprom all FFFFFFF.......removing that resistor will work..............

Because eeprom is rotated pinout , put it back and remove resistor

Resistor only cuts BEEPing signal nothing else, you must check other problem you have. Eeprom broken or something else.
Are you conecting display with radio or without?

i had a no power on the radio. somtimes when the key is out (all off) radio started to work intermittent. so i thought it could be a eprom fault and i removed the radio and read the 93c46 rom where i get al FFFFFF.....
