Start with basics- how's the fuel filter and air filter? MAF readings? Turbo operating? EGR condition? Blocked inlet manifold?
Vacuum pipes all fine?
Does it have a DPF? Is it blocked?

bad camshaft/cranckshaft synchronisation could be a reason?? i don't have related fault on scanner just a supposition.
also i have coolant temperature sensor and brake switch malfunction read with launch but in live data i have pedal not pressed.
i saw lot people on other forums getting such problem but they didn't report back with solution.
is here someone already dealing with such problem???

problem solved, it was a bad cam/cranck shaft timing, checked it again and now car running good.
on those models scanners may not help , you have to put all your knowldge on desk.
thanks for ur help
