ktag 7.020 comunicaton error

Hello mates, i bouhgt ktag china clone (HW 7.020, SW 2.25), when i tried it with toyota avensis DCAT ecu 2007y, 175822-762, ''Communication error with the ECU: control all connections; if the problem persists, send log file to the assistance''.

I tried with everything with power supply (from ktag, external, but no lucky)...all connections are fine, any advice?

China ktag adapter does not have correct pins connections to this ecu....
