I would only ever consider news groups due to the size of the files. VM supply a free one, however premium ones are available from $11 a month and they are certainly worth it

As Kris said Newsgroups al the way for me. You can also find them on Rapidshare and the likes and on Torrents.

xbox360iso.com is a good one - people there will post the links to rapidshare, hotfile, megaupload etc.

Use a program called Cryptload to download them as they are in parts. Another alternative is JDownloader.

If you want a specific game, just google it with ISO on the end and you be able to find some forum somewhere that has it posted :)
