Hellp on 2006 Range Rover Sport 2.7TD v6 SID204 NNW507860 full bdm

it is a 2006 Range Rover Sport 2.7TD v6 won't start, no communication with engine ECU (SID204 7H2Q-12A650-AF), but I can read it by BDM.
The Wiring is ok, I tried write ECU back with recalculated checksum, but it doesn't help.

Can somebody check please, is FLASH damaged or not, or maybe you have working one?
