Hello guys, I need help for immo off for Rover 211 from 1999 MEMS MKC104501 EEPROM C46CM3 ST 1403 (93C46).

In the attachment you will find the dump, I made it with EZP2019+.

I don't know witch is correct 8 bit or 16 bit, I put them both.

Pleas cut pin 13 in ECU

Thank you, If I look inside of your attachment, it's the same code that I put in my attachment. I let the code as it is? What I attached to my first post it's the dump made from my ecu eeprom.

I use ExamDiffPRO to compare the BIN files, are the same.

What I understand is to cut wire 13 from ECU and take out pin C69-23 (Alarm ECU- Starter relay) and connect to ground, I am wrong?
