Calibrate for what? injector calibration and deathtimes? this can be done... also % rework of main fuel maps, so will be basic for beginning... but at the end you need local tuner which known about ms42 or many logging.
I spent thousands of hours of time with this engines.
So first set good afr. ignition will be nearly okay.
Main power from vanos maps (fullthrottle "easy", part throttle will take a lot of time for remap). Also some extra power from Disa.
Pop and bang also easy at this onces.

Deathtimes are known... or get from m54b30 ms43.0 ...
ccm of both injectors are known ... its 3step calc for the %-diff. ... to multiply. Or use global inj. multiplier (there are six onces, one each cylinder).
So at the end you can rework 3 tables for fuel to get a basic for logging.
Absoluty basic operation for beginng. Thats all you need for start.

B25TU: 225ccm, at 0.624ms.
B30: 252ccm, at 0.725ms.
both values rated to 3.5bar fuel pressure.

So you got the help you need.
But you want to got the tune done...No, I dont do tuning for this onces for people here. Because after you get the tunes, you sell em to your customers :).
So at the end you got the earns for other peoples work.
Nope :).
