what software, program or tool to use for reading eeprom off med9.5.1 ecu

Can anyone please help me indentify a software, program or tool i can use with obd2 to help me read the eeprom off my ecu, BENZIN MED9.5.1 7001 (06F 906 056 DN). would greatly appeciate it.
