Thank you, I did get it and downloaded the file. The Toyota file is still giving me the same message when I try to unzip it. It tells me "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"

Thanks for that. It looks just like the first pic. I'm gonna remove needles and then solder off eeprom so I can read it properly.

One other thing. Didn't want to start another thread so would you have the dash pinout for 2006 Toyota Highlander? So I can bench test it afterwards?

It looked a little different on the pin out of my cluster but I still tried it and it didn't work
I took a pic of the pins.
