One more question: would it be possible to work at any speed? For example, at 100km / h, floor clutch with accelerator pressed, and the rpm does not go up.

Well, I wouldn't know exactly the name, I'm sorry. My intention is that, with the clutch depressed (only with the clutch depressed), at any speed (20, 50, 80 or 100km/), revolutions do not exceed 3000 rpm. And, if is possible, I want limit RPM "stable", without "popcorn" limit, with soft limit.

Tested, but does not work as expected. Up to 100km/h the limit is 3000rpm, even if the clutch is not depressed. It really is almost what I am looking for, but I want that it only works when the clutch is pressed, so that without stepping on the clutch, it exceeds 3000rpm. Is possible for you? Thanks again.
