REMAP BMW E46 320 SWAP 330 MS43

hi, I installed an m54B30 on m54b22 equip with a T3 313 asa compressor and stainless steel manifold, I would have liked to have ethanol management, can someone help me, thank you

:O you must be kidding... get local tuner for the job. Believe me...I have done minium 20 M54 supercharger in last years.
Also without intercooler (unessecarry of fluting engine withwater methanol) you didnt need to tune... over 4000rpm IAT is going to hell.

So short to do:
1. Intercooler,
2. M54B30 MAF,
3. M54B30 Intake,
4. you can use m54b25 or m54b30 injectors,
5. (if you arent done rebuild vanos and disa),
6. maybe get smaller pulley because you want to run the full ~0,55-0,6bar which t3 3-313 will bring at max., safe.,
7. install oil cooler,
8. race header without or with good (HJS) metallcatalytics.

Than you can think about (and need) remap and get full power. But at the end of the day its 320i :(.

9. get local tuner to set afr correct and remap vanos, ign. correct.
10. update ecu to b30 data for first.

11. insert correct file because the thing you attach isnt ms43 or corrupted.

I don't understand, I read it with ms4x flashing and there was no error during the reading.

ms4x sometimes have problems.
your file is corrupted or encrypted.

But at the end it doenst matter... because you need local tuner for the job + 4 posts... (all here...) you cant download and I think nobody will help you with a tune.
