Hi guys,
need todo an odometer correction on a 2006 subaru forester.
can anyone confirm if it is safe to rear/write in circuit on this cluster? or is it like a new subaru with immobiliser info stored on the same chip.
I have attached a photo of the suggested method.

are you fitting a donor cluster or your only adjusting milage on the same cluster?

once you do the adjustment right you should not have a problem with immo, immo and milage are in different lines

what about voltage variation when it is read in circuit?
