W203 646 ecu dead on writing

Hi i tried to write dpf off map in w203 2.2 cdi with edc16c2 ecu. Charger was coneected but voltage drop to 11.5 and kess v2 says error and car wont start anymore
No glow plug light and fan on
What now to do, write full bdm or what?

try recovery with ori file and unplug fan plug and put battery charger in it to have good power 13/5 to 14v
