I wann Do some cars for Hobby, thats why i ask.
I see that alot of ppl doing files for free here in forum and i was wondering why?
I have nothing to give back.

No you would do some cars for buisness ... thats why you ask for cheap, good , fast.
If you would do for hobby, price and time are more uninteressting than quality and no need of clone tools.
Clone tool, cheap fast files is for getting quick money. You can buy 4 Dollar eBay CD Tuning using clone tool and got most ROI :D :D :D until you f*** up car or ecu :D.
So get local tuner for your hobby which you can trust!
