for 202136:
A4 34 00 00 00 82 (seems this is for even mileage)
A3 34 E0 FF FF 5F (and this for odd)

mileage should be km / 15 (at least that fits pretty well) and gives 34 A3. And then there is the checksum at last byte of each block.
Checksum:
A4+34+00+00+00+AA=(1)82 for even or
A3+34+E0+FF+FF+AA=(4)5F for odd .

Now write a script or use windows calc. i think this is the correct way.
