i am stuck i have a GID screen for my astra h but cannot get it to work cannot get it to work with radio anyone know how to read dump for reprogram please

Thanks for that this is my GID do you know if if can be paired to my car i have read some GID screens are later model with linear voltage b fuel sensor ,
mine is 06 SRI estate with linear resistance
