2001 Chevy Tahoe Mileage

2001 Tahoe with 95020 eeprom.
Currently has 197,557 miles.
Need 162,000 miles pllease, BIN is attached. Using carprog clone.

FYI that file has 7395.5 Hours in it.

Hours can only be seen with the key OFF by pressing and holding the reset button.

Clusters can you tell me if i edited the hours right? Id like to make a note of it.

First I've done on this model. On the 03 up 95020, Im use to it being in address 0050 and Hex inverted to Dec. /10

This one looks like last three bytes of Adresss 0030 Hex to Dec. /10

I attempted to put 3500 hours on it.

According to the new mileage....the new hours should be 6.064 hours instead of 3500 hours.

If you put 3.500 hours then mileage should be 93502 miles.

To be honest I just made up a number to see if i got the calculation right. But i see what your saying. There is roughly an 17% to 18% reduction in miles so there should be an 17%-18% reduction in hours as well.

I edited post # 7, correct hours are posted. My mistake was i made the calculation thinking all the time new mileage was 164.000 miles. Lol
