Dear friend. I made connections as you explain but the UPA does not read the memory. I also made sewing various attempts with the Digimaster II and it is not possible.

Pinout posted by carbandit are 100% correct.
Check your connection , also check your MCU type chosen in UPA

In the UPA select MC68HC912D60
is that correct?
