Dash MB W212 wrong mileage after change

Hi friends!ITS a facelift W212 without ELV. I did it with SMOK UHDS correctly according to the manual and result 1608543km.
Original mileage 291...km and it need 135700km
I try to beckup eep and it write 48%.
The car instead works fine.
i m very stressed because i have the client next to me now.
Can Attached orig eep via OBD and error dump read VVDi prog
Could someone help me?

This trouble is not smoke.
This is the mercedes concern made changes flash in the cgw.


Without filter or set esl and eis to virgin no help enymore,because now esl and eis have to 1608543.
