1.9 tdi VP37 51mg how much

Hello guys,

I have a question about stock 1.9 tdi voltage pump map axis quantity.
As you can see a standard AFN 110 HP engine has this voltage table and see this ends with 51mg. Attached picture

The 50mg and 51mg column seems as 51mg has more voltages than 1mg difference should be. It seems its the maximum voltage what the fuel pump could handle. (I know maybe 4,5 volts till 4,75 - 4,8 V could be the maximal limit)
I wonderring whether is it really 51mg? Or something like 53 or 55mg? Some vp guide said 57mg fuel is the max of the stock pump.

Thanks, I know that guide.

Extending diagnostic is difficult.
I set all of 51mg single limiter to 80mg and try to set the diag factors and offsets but I find that when the car accelerate the diag shows till 63-65mg rising when Wot and than suddenly hit the roof 80mg I' m sure that isn't bad with the tune, I guess it is with something bad factor for diagnostic.
Is there anybody else who has a decent tdi file with working diag mods? :) Just for learning

Try to set all limiters to 70mg max and diag 80mg and found that the pump voltages just reach 51mg column quantities see with vcds.
Maybe Map smoke limiter limits my max I.Q to 50-51mg?
Please could you take a view about it?

0306F pump voltage limit 51
03043 torque limit 51
3B0A3 driver wish limit 51
3B0AF smoke map limit 51
Search for 018 255 there is limiters

Am I rigth the 018 255 are for the Pressure display factors.
And single are 039 051 which in my case 80mg.
And the diag there are three parameters:
I found two of it and modify them with proportion.
80mg and 320 (16bit)
I didn't found the 3rd parameter do you know where it is?

At Damos it called
1. SIG-A obere M_E-Grenze zur Ausgabe TQS-/VBS - increase
2. max. Verbrauch/Anzeige - decrease
3. Steigung fuer Diagnose Umrechnung Mengen - decrease

During the evening I found them correctly by EDC15VM+ damos :) clearly could be find.
And as I see the voltage pump in that file answers me 51mg at MSA15 how much can it be. 60mg :D in that damos the Pump tension x axis rised to 60mg.

Hi look here for limiters and vcds displey limit,and search them by winols search tab.
