Reduce speedlimit

Hi,

is there anyone that are able to set the speedlimit to 30km/h in the ECU?
Car is a LandRover freelander from 2003 with automatic transmisson?
the engine is 2,0 td.
Why?
My Daughter turs 15 and here in Sweden you are allowd to drive a car as long as it tops out at max 30km/h. When turned 15.
