I need dashboard adaptation

Hi, I have a problem with this Ford Focus 2 1.6 Tdci car.
The original frame processor has shorted and I cannot get any data. I have another one from another vehicle and I don't know how I can adapt it. I have read the eprom of the Ecu EDC16 + but I don't know how I can do it. Is there any solution?

that has to be done in line with the same GM to get clean ecu and dashboard of the same model and year to be able to attach them to your car, lucky friend
