Hi guys.I will recieve a Audi A6 C6 from 2006.The car has a problem ( it doesnt lock the steering wheel and it doesn t recognize the remote so the car won t lock) .Now as far as i searched due to the errors scanned by vcds it seems that the problem might be a faulty ezs(ignition lock) .I have two question for you if anyone would be kind to answer to me:
-If the EZS would be the problem and i want to put a second hand used one instead does it need any sort of programming ? (Does it have MCU or eeprom )
-If i want to bypass the ESL would be needing any coding ? Or just plug it in and that s it ?
