It only makes sense if you Byte swap it and read in reverse... mate .......

Not that easy to explain mate in a few words mate ...mmmm but will work our a way .. that you may understand ....( not that i consider you thick of course ...)

I read with LabProg+ as a ST93s66 soic8...
I need to change the language from italian into english.

We need to find out what Part of it is the country code ... I'm thinking the 087 part .....but may be way off the track ...
But it may not be as simple as that ... The MCU... would need to have all the Languages (and that's a whole lot ) in order to read the country code from eeprom ..then display in the chosen one .....mmm but Km's are Km's .and all it would need would be the words for.. service due ..mmm
May be that simple ... lets do some more research shall we ....

Does anybody has a dump from 93s66 GID (english!), even if has code because I will use with CDR 2005 withot full CAN-bus

Solved via GID menu after reprogram the CIM with Tech2 because opcom failed.

I have a vectra GID (13 117 636) that is not resetted in donor car and don't have donor car code for reset with tech2.
Eeprom inside is 93s66 like yours.

Is possible to give me some details how fix your problem ?
Your GID have been resetted on original car and is in virgin state?
You know code for reset and after make language changing with tech2 ?
If you have code for dump posted on post #1 please tell me for tray to find a correspondence between
code and dump.

Yes , you must reprogram code index with tech 2 .
