View Full Version : Toyota Land Cruiser 2009 Self Starts when I put the ECU on the car

Hi everyone
The original ECU was stolen, We bought a used ECU which seemed to be healthy but we have a problem
When I connect the ECU to the car, the Starter keeps working until I have to disconnect it.
Has anyone had a same experience?

Check starter, starter relay, possible relay short. Did you compare part number for the ecu?? Check ignition cylender lock if ewuioped with one for damage. Honestly there's alot that could be possibly wrong. Do a proper diag or get someone capable to do it. Good luck!
