Grey immo. Box above the gas pedal with “GM” marking on the box. The target chip 93c46 read it in 16bit mode pin# (4digits) the transponder chip is a magamos iD13

What engine? 3.0 or 3.1? I done a 3.1 a few weeks ago. Blade was a GM15, I picked and decoded it with the MIT8 lishi and chip was 4C. Immobox was between glovebox and radio (UK RHD) with a 93lc66 dip eeprom. I programmed chip with Opel card in my tech2 and choose monteray. Isuzu card was useless on this car as year was too early.

It's a 3.1 ,
So you decoded with MIT8 , do I need GM15 blade or does mit8 work?
Any other China tool will program TP you think?
I don't have tech2 :(

MIT8 blade should work ok. Have a look through your programmers and see if any list Opel Monterey or you could add a 4c data straight to the 93lc66. Pincode is in plain text and obvious once you read the eeprom. I desoldered and socketed the eeprom as I was unsure if it would read in circuit and didn't want to corrupt it.
