MEVD17.2.5 cloning

Hi,
I need to clone F30 MEVD17.2.5 ecu. Old ecu has no communication on vehicle but Ktag has communication and i read whole data. Is there any way to transfer all this data on new (second hand) ecu ?

I have Ktag, BMW (online), Kess.

Need same ecu and you can transfer all necessary data.
But you need read both ecus.
or got proper tools to read, write to fem...
