Hey Guys,
I try to read an MPC5554MZP80 via JTAG with XPROG 5.70.
It connects and I get JTAG ID. Than it stops and shows Timeout Error.
Has anybody got a problem like this ? I am despairing.
Frequency of target device is also correct in settings.
