I have problem with Opel Astra H 2007 year 1.7 CDTI engine Z17DTJ ecu is Denso SH7058. I did DPF OFF and have no dtcs on diagnostic tool (opcom) and no check engine or limp mode on dashboard. But % soot dpf is still rising - when car drive about 500 km % of soot rise to about 120% and car makes a lot of white smoke. When I delete % soot - car ones again can drive about 500km till % soot rise about 120% again.
I have tried many tested solutions and files (got two files from MMS helpdesk too but nothing works) - % soot always rise. I disabled dpf from IPC (instrument cluster) too but still no luck. Always % soot is rises
I got information that I need to do ecu SW update first and than read file and make dpf off.
Did You hear about problem like this before? Will ecu SW update help - is it true?
Is it possible to do ecu SW update online by teamviever or only way is to go direct to Opel dieler? If someone can help to update ecu SW online please concact me - I will pay for it.
