VW Amarok 2016 kilometers

Hello, is it possible to change km on this cluster? its a 2016 Amarok. I've read you can only do this via obd. I don't have many obd tools only Obdprog mt401 and clone fvdi/avdi. Can anyone tell me what you would call this cluster? is it a NEC 24C64 White Meter?
