Quick TS1200A + TR1300 hot air and ERSA i-con nano soldering station. I like more ERSA than Quick TS1200A. Very stable temperature compensation and fast heat up time, comfortable, size is almost like a pen. But soldering tips and heating element is expensive and lasts not forever..

I've used from 5 years now SAIKE 898D+, never change hot air gun, only soldering iron and heating element.
It's cheap and very good.
